Well I only spent $4.54 but man I really had to work for it. Ok, when I go shopping I like to hold on to my coupons and then watch everything ring up then hand my coupons over. Well the cashier demanded that I hand her my coupons! I was like you haven't done my order yet. And she was like I need to see them for my purposes. So I assumed it was for BOGO stuff and I reassured her I had none. But she stood and argued with me about them, so to satisfy her I gave them to her. Well after she rings up everything she pulls out a coupons and tells me this is what she was looking to see if I had...and of course it was a BOGO coupon! LOL. Then she starts to ring up my coupons. Well my printer ink is low so some were scanning and some weren't then when she came to one that wouldn't scan she put it in as a competitor coupon. I took a deep breath and calmly said my coupons should be doubling and that there was only one competitor coupon. She then states to me that when a coupon doesn't scan that this is how they have to put them in. Well I told her that the coupon clearly states Manufacture. And the the cashier took her voice to a higher tone with me. I was not happy with this at all. So I was still very well composed and told her that it was being put in incorrectly. She continued to argue with me and then I told her this was the first time I had ever had this problem and that I would gladly take all my coupons back and go to another Publix. Then she raised her voice again and a fellow employee from customer services comes over. And I explain what was happening. Then the girl tells the cashier that its a vendor coupon aka manufacture and that its not a competitor. Like I had already stated. The young lady from customer services fixed everything. And was very kind. I never once raised my voice and was extremely polite with the cashier. Well after my first transaction, I was closely watching my second order. I knew that it would be close with the total. When my total came up to like 24 and some change, she yells ITS NOT 25 DOLLARS YOU CAN'T USE THIS COUPON!!!  Everyone turned around! It was embarrassing. And while she is yelling that at me I'm handing her the 3 musk bar! LOL. Well need less to say I will try and stick with my good ole Dorchester Rd Publix. I won't mention which Publix it was, but when I got ready to leave, never once did she say sorry for the confusion or anything. But I did tell her sorry for the confusion and got no response back. I did my best. After I left I thought I should call and talk with the manager about the coupon policy and cashiers. Well needless to say that when I called the Manager actually knew who I was calling about and told me who the cashier was. The manager said that she would take care of everything and apologized forever thing and was very polite.

Oh and wondering what I did with all my milk? My husband and I invested in a deep freezer right before I got pregnant with our son and it has definitely been well worth it!
