JANA BANTZ & ASSOCIATES
Mrs. Maynor was originally licensed in Tx in 1998 and then further obtained her Broker license in 2001. In 2004 she and her family moved to SC and there she acquired SC Real Estate Broker License. I asked Mrs. Maynor how she got into real estate and she said, " My mother is a real estate broker in Tx so real estate was already in my blood, I guess :)". When I read her answer to that question it just makes me smile because I can just here her saying that with a little laugh in her voice.

As most of you know my husband and I purchased our first home on March 23, 2011. We had looked many times before, but the time just wasn't right or we felt pressured to make an offer. After a short break from looking at homes on the market, we decided to look again.
I currently work for the local YMCA Child Care facility. Which is where I met Mrs. Lisa Maynor. When she would come in I know she was always very pleasant. I learned later on that she worked for Jana Bantz & Associates. That was when I looked their office up online. After talking with my husband we decided to have Mrs. Lisa Maynor help us with looking for a home. The first time we never found anything. We waiting again.
When we worked with Mrs. Lisa Maynor she never pressured us into anything. She made house hunting fun! I loved the jokes and conversations that we had. She is very helpful, she gave us information about stuff we should look for when house hunting. Mrs. Maynor helped our process be a little less stressful. Although there were moments that I was stressed when we were waiting to see if our offer got accepted and when we were waiting on underwriting. But through it all Mrs. Maynor was very helpful and positive.
Mrs. Maynor said that the best part about her job is the people. She is also glad to be a part of helping people buy a home which is a big step in a person's life. She orients herself during this time to make it an "exciting, fun experience" and to "take the stress out as much as possible". For my husband and I this was exceeded beyond expectation!
And of course with anything pros there are some cons. She says that the different fluctuation of the market can be difficult and that staying on top of things is important to help serve their clients better.
Mrs. Lisa Maynor is part of a outstanding team. As a team Jana Bantz & Associates "closed 68 transaction in 2010 which is nearly 7 clients each month".
Jana Bantz began her real estate career 19 years ago and also holds an SC Broker license. In their team is full -time buyer's agent, Laurie Loparo, who has been licensed since 2004 and closed approximately half of their total transactions as a buyer's agent.
Carrie Hickam also assists part-time with day to day paperwork, marketing, newsletters and various mail-outs. Mrs. Bantz also sends our approximately 2500 newsletters each quarter to her past clients as well as several local neighborhoods."
The Jana Bantz & Associates team are constantly involved in continuing education to keep up with the times. Mrs. Jana Bantz is a member of the North Area Top Producers Club and serves on a committee at the local Board of Realtors. They donate annually to "The Foster Parent Association of Dorchester County, Children in Crisis. Prudential as an office has donated annually to the "Frances Willis SPCA, The Foster Parent Association of Dorchester County and The Palmetto House".
There is also a great commercial on the top right of the page!
